Scientific directions:
- Development and perfecting of crystals and films growth technologies of AIІBVI and AIVBVI compounds.
- Examination of a complex of crystals and films physical-chemical properties which have been grown at different technology factors and next exterior influences.
- Embodying of computer programs for calculation of equilibrium concentrations dependences of charge carriers and dot defects.
- Optimization of growth technology and exterior factors (thermal annealing in vacuum and atmosphere of oxygenium, radiative handling, doping), that ensure the given type of conductivity, concentration both mobility of carriers and high thermoelectric parameters necessary for devices of optical- and a microelectronics.

- Studying of uptake of a hypersound in a rectangular semiconductor and dielectric wire.

3. CHEMISTRY OF FERROMAGNETIC METALOXIDES MATERIALS

- Synthesis of magnetic semiconductor material; metaloxides carbothermal reduction whis the purpose of getting the new composite materials of powder metallurgy.
- Investigation of influence the defect’s nature and concentration in the solid structure on there reactionary ability (chemical and catalytic properties); determined the nature of active centres.
- Development the crystal-quasichemical mechanism of heterogeneous reactions in the solid-solid, solid-liquid, solid-gas systems.
- Prediction on the quasistructural investigation basis the mechanism of reaction whis participate of solid crystal substance and the properties of new inorganic compound.

- Makings of a new generation of lubricant materials, dopants and composite antifractional materials with a high level of physical-chemical both production characteristics and ecological safety. Disclosure of the mechanism of surface phenomena of dynamic contact at lubricant by these substances.
- Development of methods in the theory of planning and analysis of physical-chemical experiment, searching for optimal solutions in chemistry both chemical technology and antifractional material science.
