An information meeting of the academic group representatives of the international project ERASMUS + “MoPED - Modernization of  Pedagogical Higher Education by Innovative Teaching Instruments” No. 586098-EPP-1-2017-1-UA-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP , with teachers of elementary schools of the region took place at the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Institute of  Postgraduate Pedagogical Education. During the presentation, the head of the academic group of the project, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of  Pedagogy of  Primary Education of the Faculty of  Pedagogy Olena Budnyk, introduced the participants the main tasks of the project, highlighted the essence and features of e-learning in working with elementary school students. The professor also outlined the methodology for research STEAM-training and presented to the future trainers specific tools for online learning, available research environments, mobile learning technologies, etc.


Candidate of  Pedagogical Sciences, Head of the Department of  Professional Education and Innovation Technologies, Oksana Dzhus stressed on the important tasks of the project: an innovative computer class for teachers’ usage of innovative teaching tools to improve the quality of higher pedagogical education.


Teachers during the discussion expressed their desire to participate in the project at the stage of developing methodological recommendations on the use of ICT in the pedagogical process and the implementation of the results in the educational process of secondary schools in the region. Within the framework of the meeting there was a presentation of training modules: organization of the children’s educational environment; integration: thematic and activity approaches; cooperative learning; pedagogy of partnership.
