LABORATORY
Experimental Biology
And Reserve Management

Laboratory of Experimental Biology and Protected Areas was established in the Department of Biology and Ecology in 2004. Laboratory training is scientific in nature - it has held both research staff and graduate students, and teaching of stududent - practical and laboratory work in different disciplines which provides the department.

Scientific areas of the laboratory:
1. Development of regulatory and environmental activities in areas of natural reserve fund Carpathians.
2. Population and environmental measures of the structural organization of biosystems.
3. Monitoring of the environmental situation in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
4. Bioindication the environment in urban areas.
5. Information analysis and forecast ecological state of the environment.
6. Environmental monitoring soil of protected areas Ivano-Frankivsk region.
7. The organization of integrated environmental monitoring in the city and suburbs of Ivano -Frankivsk.
8. The study of physiological and biochemical mechanisms of plant resistance to the effects of abiotic and biotic environmental factors.
9. Development of methods for determination of frost resistance of winter rape.
